Hello everyone!
I've been happily married for 8 yrs and we have 4 kids. We had planned to have one more child before closing shop but things changed. With #2 & #3, I nursed them till they were 2 yrs old. #4, I was unable to nurse him. So after 3 months of exclusive pumping I threw in the towel so now he's formula fed.
So I took this chance to lose the weight before have the last child. We decided to wait 3 yrs to have the next or who knows we could agree to just stop, whatever it is we're waiting till then to decide.
I'm 5'4.5" and I weigh 171.7 When I started back in 5/15 I weighed 178.9. I'm counting calories and working out 7 days a week for 40 minutes with TaeBo. My goal/ideal weight is 130. I was that weight for the majority of my life till I hit 26 and was newly married. I had a miscarriage that devistated and put me in depression and a "I don't care" mode. Now I'm 34 trying to go back to being healthy and fit. I never worked out when I was thin so being healthy and fit is new to me and a welcomed change.
I came to 3FC because I feel like I need to be around others that have the same goals
