Default Crunches or Crunchless?

I bought into the Hip Hop Abs, Core Rhythms and Crunchless Abs, and I still really love them, but after months of working out to them I feel that it takes more time to get the flat stomach than standard floor crunches. Don't get me wrong, they are awesome for toning but I needed fast, visible results and found myself back in front of Denise Austin and honestly, the above mentioned videos brought me up to Denise's level and as I do Denise Austin's videos I'm seeing faster results. I can do situps not with almost no effort at all, I couldn't believe it!!

Last year it took me four months to get my stomach where it is now, and now I've been working out for less than 3 months but I've incorporated the standard floor crunches into my routine.

So to stay on topic, I'd like to hear from you on how long your weightloss took using the videos you use please. Thank you.
