Default Good 30 minute DVD's?

Hi Everyone,

I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30DS and I am coming to the end of the program. I am looking for a workout DVD that is a total body workout (i.e- not just abs) that is about 30 minutes? I have been able to stay consistant with the 30DS since I do it in the morning, I used to try a 1 hour Pilates DVD but for some reason it's soooo much harder to get up an hour early versus 1/2an hour earlier. Any suggestions? I am down for cardio, strength or whatever! Just any kind of workout.

Thanks!

Try the flex band workout (by Method company). I know it makes my arms start hurting! It also comes with a band.

If you like Jillian Michael's, there's Kelly Coffey Meyer's 30 minute bootcamp. It's pretty high impact, but since you can handle Jillian it should be fine for you.

Power 90 is good - it's ~45 minutes.

the sculpt portion of p. 90 is about 28 min. while the sweat is 34 min. and the ab is about 5min.
you would to sculpt (28min.) one day and sweat+abs the other day (around 40-45min.)

heard good things about (but never actually used) the following:
Great body guaranteed
10 min. trainer
