Default Stretching and Walking
Should I be stretching before and/or after I walk? If so, what stretches should I do?

There is some nice information about stretching on the bottom half of this page and some diagrams of appropriate stretches here. Don't be put off that it discusses running (versus walking), the same advice applies for you.
