Hello everyone. I'm not too sure what to say so here goes.
First off, I am a bulldog lover. I have an English Bulldog, and hope to get a Frenchie in the next 6 months and then one day, an American Bulldog.
2nd off, I have been struggling with my weight since I was a child. I was always overweight, but active and played a lot of sports. After high school is when my weight dropped... like overnight. It was very weird, but I basically went from 135 to 117-120. Over the next few years of college, I was SLOWLY gaining it, but never felt it was a problem until now. I have come to the realization that my body now is not what I want it to be and I feel 30 lbs overweight as well (~150lbs, 5'6). I would like to lose 15lbs ideally, but would settle for 5-10 lbs loss at this point.
I don't have too much motivation and get tired working out. I'm pretty sure I'm an emotional eater and have tried "to start anew" one too many times. I'm hoping to find some support and motivation from here as I have been reading the forums and site for a while now.
