I just had my first baby three weeks ago. Now I need to lose some weight. I've already lost a fair amount due to water weight loss, but I was heavy before I got pregnant, so I could stand to lose some more. I am breastfeeding, so I don't plan to do any drastic reduction in calories. Right now, I'm limiting junk food and increasing fruits and vegetables. Exercise consists of walking (need to do more

), at least until after my postpartum check up in a few weeks.
