Default losing the pregnancy weight

Hello!

I just had my first baby three weeks ago. Now I need to lose some weight. I've already lost a fair amount due to water weight loss, but I was heavy before I got pregnant, so I could stand to lose some more. I am breastfeeding, so I don't plan to do any drastic reduction in calories. Right now, I'm limiting junk food and increasing fruits and vegetables. Exercise consists of walking (need to do more ), at least until after my postpartum check up in a few weeks.

Anyway, nice to meet you all.

Wow, you're on the ball, I wish I had been as keen right after mine! Welcome and congratulations on your new little one, life will never be the same again... in a good way... well after you start getting some sleep that is, lol.
