I just completed my first half marathon Saturday and one thing that kept me going was reading the slogans on the backs of other runners' shirts. Some of my favorites: for a half marathon--Half Lazy, Half Crazy; on a lady nowhere near the front of the pack--Race Official-Do Not Pass; and my favorite--DLF>DNF>>DNS (Dead Last Finish is better than Did Not Finish which is better than Did Not Start)

What are some of your favorites?

One of my son's high school cross country shirts said...."Our work-out is your punishment"

Angie and I saw 2 guys, leaving the beer corrall at the 5K we did a month ago, with this on the backs of their shirts...."I thought she said RUM...Carlsbad 5K"
