Hi all! New to this forum but love love LOVE the idea of it! I am looking for some support to shed about 35 pounds in the next 2-3 months! I tend to eat healthy but get caught in bad situations that make me feel like I lack self control! Any advice or tips on self control with dieting would be helpful! I tend to keep a healthy diet I just " binge snack" on bad things and when I do I feel horrible! Thanks all! Keep up the great work!
