My name is Nikki, I'm 21... and have to decided to get serious about losing weight! When I graduated high school(only 3 years ago).. I was about 190... I've gained about 50 lbs since then, yikes! Last year I lost about 20 lbs, but since then I've gained it back..plus some. My boyfriend is in the military and he's so fit, and my motivation. He's stuck with me through everything.. He'll be deploying soon and I want to look like a new person when he gets back! I'd ultimately like to be around 150.. but I know that's going to take time. I really need some support from other ladies trying to lose weight.. and to be accountable to each other. Looking forward to becoming a healthier and fitter person!

I am 5'2", was on the evil scale this morning and it was 128#, just too much for me. I am small boned, a senior citizen and not as active as when I was in my 30's! I am trying to stay away from the 'white stuff' also counting calories. Any suggestions about where to do my posting here? Like to post but don't have much time to read everyones posts!
