I'm new here so I thought I'd introduce myself.
After college started, I probably gained approximately 30lbs and reached 160lbs or higher (I don't know because I never weighed myself, but it was definitely at my highest weight). I went on Nutrisystem, and got down to 140lbs, but I stopped sticking with it because I had some bad eating/drinking habits courtesy of college & going out a lot. I went back up to 152 lbs, and then started dieting last August by counting calories. At my lowest, I got down to 129.5 lbs. I stayed at 133 lbs for a few months, and then I got food poisoning and lost 6 lbs from that. Since food poisoning, I have managed to gain weight and end up between 136 and 138 lbs. I would like to ultimately reach my goal weight of 115 lbs.
I'm very inspired and motivated by the posts on this forum, and I decided to sign up so I could participate as well.
