new since 2001
Well after 8 years, I'm back on LAWL. After being successfull in 2001...... it is about the only way I can lose weight. Reading many of the threads I see that the diet has since improved with differant foods allowed. More of a variety. is there anywhere that lists the food allowed for the, well back then I was on the GOLD plan, I will be starting the take off tomarrow. you all have motivated me and looking forward to any tips with new food options.
Also, is take off the same? 3 days = proteins and green veggies. 2 oranges, water water and some more water?
