Hey everyone!
I recently quit smoking and now I want to try and get healthy again. Back in 1998 I weighed 300 lbs. I lost and got down to 130. Since then I have fluctuated and last year got back up to 170. Currently I weigh 135 but have not exercised or eaten very well in several months. I am struggling with my appetite since not smoking and know I need some support. So, here I am! I am anxious to hear some of your stories and success of how you all get through the day. I never want to forget where I started and how easy it would be to get back there.
