Lazy. As it gets easier, you will like it, but when it comes to getting fit you can make it fun... but a lot of it is just sucking it up and dealing with it until your body gets the necessary muscles and stamina. An attitude change, even if it is a little bit of an effort of first, will help a lot. Its hard for me to get out of the house, but for my work out partner and I- I'm the positive speaker. No negativity. That is what I recommend.

I love hills. I can do this. This will be a piece of cake. My butt will love me later. I can conquer this. Its just a hill and my heart is bigger. It can become an analogy for weight loss. Putting it on? That is definitely down hill. But getting it off? Its an up hill battle that you are totally equipped to take on and win.
