Default Reguarding Exercise Length

I exercise about every day, I started doing about 90 minutes straight on "steps" (I'm not sure what you call it) but it was at a smaller height. Now I am doing it on 10~+ inches, but due to my schedule it's harder to devote 90 minutes straight to it. Is it better to do this activity for 45 minutes twice a day, or will I find greater benefits if I just find the 90 minute block of time in which to exercise? I am not absolutely exhausted at 45 minutes, while I would be at 90. Thanks for any feedback.

Umm... 90 minutes/day is a bit much.

Not exactly sure what you are doing, but can you speed up or increase your difficulty?

I highly recommend looking into HIIT (High intensity interval training). It can help you shorten your workouts, most HIIT workouts are about 20 minutes and very effective.

yeah, when I used to go to the gym, I would do about 10 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of HIIT and 1/2 hour of weight training... and that felt like a lot. You don't need to do such long workouts.

Thanks, I'll look into HIIT training. I just feel really great after a long workout, pouring with sweat.

Trust me... if you do HIIT, and you do it right, in 20 minutes you will be pouring sweat.
