Weekend OP Challenge
Who's with me?? Weekends are tough, but we can stay on plan together!
My plan: 1450 calories, 64oz of water, some exercise
Saturday: 1275 calories, 64oz of water, 2 mile walk with the pup
Sunday: off but not too terrible, still have one more bottle of water to drink, no exercise
