Weekend OP Challenge

  • Who's with me?? Weekends are tough, but we can stay on plan together!

    My plan: 1450 calories, 64oz of water, some exercise

    Saturday: 1275 calories, 64oz of water, 2 mile walk with the pup
    Sunday: off but not too terrible, still have one more bottle of water to drink, no exercise

    Goal: 1500-1700 calories, 80 oz of water, gym both days.

    Saturday: 1559 calories, 32 oz of water (BAD!!!), gym day 1 (15 mins bike and 35 mins elliptical)
    Sunday: 1519 calories, 96 oz of water (much better), gym day 2 (60 minutes on the elliptical)
  • I'm game too! 1667 calories and under. Some exercise and lots of water (at least 64 oz)

    Tonight is even a birthday party for my dbf's dad. Thankfully, I know where we are going to eat so I'm gonna plan plan plan
  • I'm in! I will stay withing my WW points and will drink as much water as possible. I should have waited to shower til later, so I could go walking. I'm not used to thinking about working out because I had my knee injury for so long, but I'm just now at the point where I can start doing light exercise.

    Saturday: 26 WW points
    Sunday: 26 WW points

  • How are we doing so far?? I just had the other 1/2 of my subway sub & I'm already ready for a snack! lol This is gonna be a long day!

    I just started Turbo Jam, so I am taking it slow:

    Saturday: Turbo Jam 20 minute workout (which I just finished, lol) and 1500 calories (I think I stayed true to this)
    Sunday: Turbo Jam 20 minute workout and 1500 calories

    I was bad and skipped Friday.
  • I didn't really make the best decisions today....but I'm still under my calories for the night. But I went to the gym and worked out extra hard and extra long this morning, so I know that will help even things out too! haha
