I thought it would be nice to track how 3FC members help out our communities.
So lets post our losses once per month (revising same post). And post how much we have donated. The choice is yours to state the group name of where you donated.
You can also sign up on the official site to help Mr. Miller keep tally of how much has been donated. This is an amazing idea. Thank you to both Mr. & Mrs. Miller for being an inspiration.

I am donating to our local food bank - House of Friendship. Since I dont have space to store large quanities. I will donate with my weekly grocery shop. They have boxes at the check outs.

I am going to do things a little different...I am going to start working towards buying the 88lbs of food for the weight I have already lost and donate it all when I hit the 100lb mark. I am going to donate it to our church food pantry.
I will donate the first time when i hit my 100lb mark and then will donate the rest when i hit my goal. I think this is an awesome idea..thanks julia!!

Can I join in here? I would love to donate my weight. In order for me to keep track, should I start from the begining of April or should I back track?
I would like to donate my weight each time I hit a new 10% goal until I reach my ultimate goal weight and I would like to donate it to my church's food pantry. I will be reaching my first 10% with 5 more pounds released.
Okay, here I go.
Mar 09- 30 pounds gone so far, 5 more to reach my 10%, hopefully will hit it in April
Apr 09- 27.4, gained a few due to accident and fluid
May 09- 21.2 gained even more water weight-I seem to be going in the wrong direction-people will be starving by the time I a threw..arg!!!!
June 09- 18.6 This is not looking very good
July 09- 24.8 Getting a little better

There are no rules as to how you do it. As long as you Just do it!
Hey, I started doing this too. When I was down 65 pounds I donated 65 pounds of food to my church's community food drive program.
But I forgot to weigh the last bunch -- just donated some food to a church community outreach program where I volunteer once a month. I am down a total now of 71 pounds from my all time high so I know I am "over" the weight thing.
