Hi, I am yet another newbie to the forum, although I have been lurking for a while!

My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs, and I have broken it down into 30 lb. mini goals (and I might break it down into 15 lb goals). I am down about 9 lbs so far, but have had a bad week and have gained a few. I have been sick, which I always use as an excuse to binge

But, tomorrow is a new day and I am feeling better, so back on the wagon for me! I am hoping to find some good support here with people who share my struggles.
