Another Newbie!

Hi, I am yet another newbie to the forum, although I have been lurking for a while!:o My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs, and I have broken it down into 30 lb. mini goals (and I might break it down into 15 lb goals). I am down about 9 lbs so far, but have had a bad week and have gained a few. I have been sick, which I always use as an excuse to binge :( But, tomorrow is a new day and I am feeling better, so back on the wagon for me! I am hoping to find some good support here with people who share my struggles. :carrot:

I'm new here today too, and have about the same amount to lose as well. I've already lost my first 10%. I'm excited to lose more, but now I'm just concentrating on losing 5 lbs. at a time and keeping it off. I don't like losing ground...it makes me mad! Which for me is great fuel for getting on the treadmill!

Yay for getting back on the wagon!! When I was trying to get motivated, I had % goals, and then I tried to make like 20 lb goals.... I actually broke it down at first into 5 lb goals and that seems to be a perfect fit for me! I am planning on building up my goals as I lose more, but for now I need to be able to achieve some! Don't worry about whether you goals seem silly, set goals that you are comfy with and try to have fun with it!

Good luck!!
