We all get stuck a little sometimes.
So to help you, let us know what sort of changes you've made, what sort of plan you follow, what you eat, if you exercise. All sorts of things like that. You'll be able to get a ton of advice. Whatever happens, stick with it. It is worth losing the weight even if it takes a little while.
