New here!
Hey everyone! My name is Brittany, I'm 23, and I'm new to this site.
I have always been a little overweight but about a year ago things got outta control and I put on about 30lbs in less than 9 mos...bringing me up to 235! I made some lifestyle changes towards the end of this past summer and have since been able to get down to 212 but I just haven't been able to break the to 210 mark. I feel like I keep gaining a losing the same 5lbs. It's frusterating but hopefully I can get a lot of good info from this forum! :carrot: PS I love that carrot thing |

There's a 20-something's area that you might be interested in. Congrats on losing down to 212 pounds! That's great :) We all get stuck a little sometimes. So to help you, let us know what sort of changes you've made, what sort of plan you follow, what you eat, if you exercise. All sorts of things like that. You'll be able to get a ton of advice. Whatever happens, stick with it. It is worth losing the weight even if it takes a little while. All the best to you! |
I feel the same exact way. I haven't been able to get past 200lbs for a few months. Ever since I got over 200lbs I haven't been able to get back under it...
