If it's really bothering you, you may want to keep track of your sodium for a few days to make sure you aren't eating too much of it. Or, at least, keep high-sodium things like lunch meat, frozen meals, canned soups, restaurant food, etc to a minimum.
And, of course, to echo Blcarter... drink LOTS of water, even if you don't feel like it (I usually don't when I'm bloated).
