Dont be discouraged! if you upped your exercise and are doing some weights than its probably water weight and bloating!

Weight doesn't tell the whole story.

If you recently began exercising again, lifting weights and moving more, your body could be holding onto some water or even building a little bit of muscle.

The scale will come down eventually, just keep on going with the healthy eating and exercising.

sometimes i think we rely too much on the number on the scales. if the trousers fit ten youve lost some weight / mass and you should be proud

I agree. WHen you start exercising or "upping" the load. Initially there is weight gain from built up muscles and weter retention. But you just work through it the scale will follow your inch loss- Look at me giving advice I should be taking....
