I watch my calories but don't religiously count them. I make sure I am getting enough protein in my diet so I am not always feeling hungry (chicken, turkey, fish, beans - the good stuff). I run a few times a week and swim a few times and I do my best to lift weights as much as I can. I am trying to tweak my exercise routine to get it just right. Mostly I focus on cardio right now though to burn the fat off!
Oh and I meant to add - I got that dress for $40 on clearance at Macy's! I felt like a million dollars that night - too bad that is the only picture I got!
