Default Bodybugg

OK...I am a gadget geek. Do I need a bodybugg? Of course not, nobody needs these all these little toys, but I went ahead and got one for myself anyway. I've only been wearing it for a few days now, just to get used to it, and I haven't uploaded any of the information yet. I'm interested to see what it does exactly.....does anyone else have one?

There's a very long and very interesting support thread in our general diets area that might be of use. I'm considering getting one, too

The new v3 is out now and 24hourfitness was selling them for $100 off with the free wrist monitor thrown in and 6 months.... so I finally caved after wanting one for a few years now.

No one needs one I'm sure in all it's a toy... Really the same info can be done with a calorie/fitness log, but I'm hoping seeing real time feedback is going to help me move MORE throughout the entire day. I've got the exercise thing down (well okay after a few months hiatus) but I need more movement throughout my day.

I did well last year and had lost 115lbs on my own, but I've obviously gained some back after I got a bit lazy after my Triathlons were over last summer and gained back 40 of it, so now I still have to lose 75. Sigh.

Anyway mine isn't here yet so no 2cents from me yet, but I'm excited for it to arrive!
