I've started this a few times, but after a doctor visit today and finally seeing my real weight I know I have to step up and do something about it. Looking forward to getting a giving support to the rest of us going through this. I know its not going to be easy but I'm ready this time.
i am new to, boy do i need some modivation. i am up to 226 now. about three years ago i lost 50lbs on ww. but i have gained it all back i am a busy mom w/3kids and i have to eat on the run. so what are some good foods to eat while on the run to help me feel satisified.
mercyme - Easy to carry snacks that are low cal? Apples, string cheese, laughing cow cheese wedges, oranges, bananas, granola bars (I like the Quaker Chewy ones with protein @ 110 cals - read the labels - calorie counts vary a lot between brands).
