Default Glad to be here! Ready to tackle this isue!

Hi! my name is Kris.
I have been here many times. I'ts cool. We all dont make it the 1st, 2nd or 10nth time right! I have lost weight and regained several times. I feel good about this time. My daughter is on board with me.

I have a few challenges like no ready made low cal stuff here and a smaller selection of veggies. But I am not going to make an issue of this. I need to learn to eat right and eat real food anyway!

I really hope to make alot of friends here, to give and recieve support and I am already motivated by the stories I have read.

The biggest truth for me is nothing tates as good as slim feels!

I am new to the forum and even posting but not new to dieting:-) I also want to eat right no matter what wt. loss plan I choose!! I am going to incorporate excercise to my life which I have never done before. I was only slim for a short time over 20 years ago and miss it. Good luck!

Hey Kris - there are NO rules about how many times you can start. Just keep plugging ahead and eventually, you reach your goal.

We have a ton of forums here by eating plan, age range, etc, so look around, find a spot, and settle in. Can't wait to get to know you better!

I have posted at the 40's forum... still looking for a place or several places to settle.

I am focusing on nutrition, smaller portions and calories. But I need to incorporate exercise like you dinomama! Good luck with this! I am getting some crostrainers. I own none and I mean no athletic shoes at all! That tells you how much I need some exercise!
