I'm new here. I'm currently around 150 pounds.. My goal is to reach 130 during the spring.. I've been watching The Biggest Loser this season, it made me search on internet for something similar.. so I found this forum.. Seems great. Will sign up for the new TBL that starts right after new year. Perfect!
Right now I don't exercise at all. So I'll start to do some exercising and see what works best for me..
