Hello everyone,
My name is Rae. I live in Ontario, Canada and am 18 years old. Glad I found this site, it seems to be full of information and advice I could definitely use on my search for a healthier me.
So, my 2 sisters (20 and 22 years old) and I are looking to lose some weight and start eating healthier. We do not exercise AT ALL, but we are always running around because we have such busy schedules. We probably eat everything in sight... I know I've had McDonalds for the past 3 days in a row, and every kind of junk food imaginable this week. Considering this, I'm surprised I weigh as little as I do. I feel I am overweight, but if you saw what I ate, you'd be wondering why I wasn't 700lbs.
I currently weigh in at 133lbs, and would like to be about 105-115lbs. (I'm incredibly short, so no, I won't look like a tall, lanky, skeleton walking around if I achieve my goals.) I can't keep these terrible eating habits up, otherwise it might cause trouble for me in the long run. Currently, I do not suffer from high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, etc. but I'm worried I will if i continue on like this.
Anyway, now I'm off to go find some inspiring stories
