I am starting P1 on the SBD tomorrow. I kept telling myself, I will start in the new year but then I decided I needed to start now. I will be going shopping today and will begin on my weight loss journey tomorrow.
I am not new to the SBD. I did it 5 years ago and lost 30 lbs. Then I proceeded to have three children and the weight just kept accumulating and accumulating. I now have about 75 lbs to lose to reach more final goal.
I decided that my youngest is 5 1/2 months old, so I can't call it baby weight anymore.
I know with the support of my DH and everyone here, I will be able to do this. 2009 will be the year for the sexy new me!
Smart Chickie to do it now instead of waiting. Just think how great it will be to be down before Christmas.

my3... I'm with you, almost... this week I'm going to do a few days of P1 again... only because the past four weeks were so bad that I need to get rid of the cravings and remember, water, not coffee, veggies, not starches! OOPS!

I will be joining WW tomorrow. I had success 5 years ago and managed to lose about 50lbs on it. Since then we moved and I had my 4th baby and she is now 3 and it's time to get my "real" body back :-)
