Default Tuesday's chat time.

Good morning all... Just sitting down for a quick coffee and hello after getting the pups out for walk. We have a coating of white powder all over that Cody just loved! I can't wait for it to get deep and see him dig a hole in it! He's too cute! Even when I'm mad at him (like when he finds my best shoes) he's still adorable!

I did get payroll coded yesterday, I have to key it in, but the major of the battle is done! One of the coworker's 90 days was up last week, and he got a nice $1 raise! I'm hoping to see something like that come February! .

OK, so I was wiped out and didn't get much cleaning done last night... Hope too tonight. I think I'll make a point to get pups out first thing tonight, usually gives me energy! .

Hope you all have great day. (I MISS YOU ALL!) WIsh i had more time for personals!

I was expecting to wake up to a white coating, too, but it missed us. I think the sun is actually expected to make an appearance today. We haven't seen it for a while!

I'm enjoying a quick cup before heading over to Curves again. Two days in a row!

Good morning all!

Loriann, was the raise per hour or on his overall salary? I guess that would make a difference in motivation!

Linda, have fun at Curves!

I am battling a raging case of the munchies today. I have no idea why but I'm going to think positive and say it's me breaking through this up-and-down over these two stinkin' pounds. I think I might go through an entire pack of gum today!!!

Off to get the big kids from school.

Kara, that was per hour! These guys give good bonuses as well! Though because I just started I'll be surprised if I get anything this year.

Good morning Chicks I feel like a slacker already - you're all off and doing things and I'm staring mindlessly at my first cup of coffee. When will my cats figure out that daylight savings is over and I'm not happy to hear them at 5AM??

Lori- I'm glad someone is looking forward to the white stuff!

Linda -

Kara - You're stronger than those munchies! Gum is my one vice these days - just need it sometimes.

Heather - I'm game. I did start blogging just as a way to keep track publicly (though I don't think anyone reads those things!). I'm willing to try any other method though - need to get back to it. Should we PM? Start an accountability thread (anyone else sliding?)? Thanks!

It looks really cold out there but the white stuff is just a thick frost. My car started to act up yesterday and I'm hoping it behaves until I find a new mechanic. I've had it in 5 times in the last year+ for variations on this problem and so far he's turned the idle up twice and strongly suggested I left a light on another time. I think I need to find someone more competent even though this guy is nice.

I had a good on plan day yesterday and have my goals set for today. I know how to do this, I just have to stick with it and get back on track.

I was planning a shorter day today but now it looks like it might be a late day. My co-worker asked me to cover for her and she never does that so I hate to say no. Guess I'll find out this morning.

Have a good day everyone and stay warm

Good morning from Lazy Ruthie who slept until 7 this morning. The dogs were extremely glad to see me! Disney is now in touch with her inner puppy and they had a great romp out in the dog yard. Like Lori, dogs lift my spirits!

Cyndi, you took the words right out of my mouth "I know how to do this, I just have to stick with it and get back on track. " Can you tell the scale knew about the pie?

Cottage, we missed the snow too although there were a few wee flakes. It sure is colder than usual for this time of year. I wish my backordered coat would get here. My old one makes me feel like the Michelin Man!

Kara, I'm up and down over two stinking pounds too although at the other end of the spectrum from you.

This morning I have a directors' meeting for the Hort. Society, my first. I must remember to not say much so I don't get sucked into anything huge. I know already that I am going to be working on the May Plant Sale! I'm hoping the pup is OK while I am gone. Claire may pop in to let him out for a pee break. When he is caught short, he knows about the newspaper but I hope to get rid of that soon.

Technology is driving me nuts! My camera is definitely dead and they no longer make that model. I ordered another type but it won't be here for a few days. The extra TV is now in the bedroom and I connected the DVD - the darn thing still doesn't work so I guess I need a new one. Grrr! This is not a good time of year for extra shopping.

Time for breakfast and then I'm off to help pack the Good Food orders before the 9:30 meeting. No flies on me!

Good morning beach babes! I am freezing this morning. The weekend flew by as usual, although oddly my house is still a wreck. Yesterday was take your parent to school day, so I became a middle schooler for the day. If anyone was wondering, middle school still stinks. It was good to spend the day with DS though. Then the usual running to activities, quick stop by the grocery store (another thing I didn't get to over the weekend), and homework, laundry. Boy was I beat when I crawled in bed last night!

I am picking DH up at the airport this afternoon. Did anyone hear about the Saudi supertanker that was hijacked by pirates? Makes me extra glad to have him back home again. Okay, I need to run and get something in the crockpot for dinner, as DH and I should be pulling in right around dinnertime. I'll stop back tomorrow!

Kara, isn't Tom coming home today? Where was he?

Loriann - glad you got the payroll done. Where my sil use to work they never got the payroll right. He worked on a hr. basis and commission and one time they overpaid him by $1,000. but he's an honest chap and told them.

Cyndi - have a good OP day.

Cottage - have a good day. Curves glad you enjoy it.

Kara - those munchie days are hard, stay strong.

Ruth - my husband tells me that digital cameras are idiot proof, he's talking to the wrong one here I always get something wrong.

Schmoodles - that will be one happy reunion. Yes, I saw the the highjacking on the news, one becomes so vulnerable in a situation like that. Glad your DH is home safe and sound.

Me - my body hurts today. I have been doing too much repetitive motion stuff the last few days (like weaving).

Everyone had a good on plan day.

Good Morning everyone! Not much time today as well, I am starting to feel guilty about that!!! Just drinking my v8(I was out of milk for coffee!) I will stop and get my coffee on the way to run errands today... Mucho planned for today- Go to grocery, drive to hometown(an hour or so) to pay insurance, renew car registration, have wedding ring adjusted, pick up some ceramic tile we are thinking of putting in the house, have lunch with an old co-worker, get my hair done, and do another girls hair! WOW I have a mucho busy day!!! I better get on it... Oh, and I threw out my back yesterday so I am not sure if I will actually be able to pick up the tile or not but there is no one who will be where I am going to pick it up(mom's house) so I may just look and leave it there... I was changing a trash can liner- I may as well have been picking up a pencil when it happened!!!!! It does feel a wee bit better this morning, but not much! I am fine to walk its the getting up and down and in and out of the car that is the big problem- OK, enough complaining out of me!

Have a great day everyone!

Morning Everyone. It's a work at home day for me, yay!

Loriann - Good luck on your raise! And enjoy your puppy in the snow! Our dog is such a drama queen she refuses to play in the snow. Sometimes DH even has to clear a path for her to use the bathroom.

Cottage - Way to go! Exercise is such a great way to start the day!

Kara - Battle those munchies. Hope you find a good snack to go with your gum.

CyndiM - I'm feeling you, my animals are not on the new time schedule either.

Ruth - I thought technology was supposed to improve our lives Hope you don't have to spend too much $$

Schmoodle - Have a good evening with DH

I had to drive home in snow last night. Not pleasant! It was only a little but the roads don't have any salt yet and the snow was sticking. We are supposed to get a little more today but it looks like the sun is coming out. Either way, I'm glad I'm working at home today.

Schmoodle, I'm glad to hear your DH is coming home all safe and sound today! I bet that 4 months seemed like forever!

sophie, Your DH must know something that I don't! I bought a new digital camera back in September that's supposed to be easy to use, but I'm still trying to figure it all out!

Stay safe and warm, Chickies, and hope you get control of the munchies!

Good morning all!!! Happy Tuesday!
Lori - Good job getting payroll done. I hope you're kids enjoy the snow as much as you enjoy watching them in the snow.

Cottage - Good job girl!!! Keep that body moving!

Kara - Stay focused, fight it off, you can do it!!!

Cyndi - I like the idea of an accountability thread, but I can't picture it in my head. We could also pm.....I don't know. What do you think will work best. Hope you're able to get a lot done today!

Ruth - Have a good time at your meeting. Good luck not getting sucked into any big projects!

Schmoo - Aren't you glad we made it out of Jr. High alive! So happy to hear that dh is home tonight. I'm sure you can't wait to see him!!!!

Lisa - Be careful....Paula Deen can make you gain 5 pounds just by watching her on TV!!!!!

Sophie - Sorry to hear your sore today. Be good to yourself and make sure to stretch.

Rikki - Girl, YOU ARE BUSY!!!! Make sure you bring with you SBD friendly snacks while you're out. Good luck getting all of it done!

Gonnabe - I am so looking forward to seeing how crazy Vicky gets.....from the previews it'll be a very interesting night!

Merryalta - I don't think we've officially met..... Hope the snow isn't too bad for you today!

Stephanie - MORNING!!!

Me - Well, I woke up almost an hour later than I usually do (the power went out yesterday and apparently when I reset the alarm, I did not sinc up the am/pm....not good). I also forgot last night that I'm cooking a chicken in the crockpot today. So no time for exercise...took the dogs out and prepped the chicken.
Had a really good on program day yesterday, and looking ahead to another one today. I've got really yummy leftovers for lunch and an amazing zucchini frititta for breakfast.
Alrightly....got to run. Have a great Tuesday!
BLESSINGS!!!
