So I'm at the end of my two weeks on Phase 1. When I started I was 240lbs, and the end of phase 1 I'm 229. Thats 11lbs....does that seem like an appropriate amount to lose on phase 1? Most of it was during the 1st week. I'm worried that maybe I ate too much the 2nd week? Or I'm just overreacting and everything is going as it should?? Help...I'm just a compulsive worrier!
congratulations on the 11 lbs.! The first time I did Phase 1, I lost a total of 11 lbs, too, but any time I've repeated Phase 1, I was lucky if I lost 2 -3 lbs or nothing at all. I think you're doing great, keep up the good work!
No worries on not losing as much the second week. Most of what you lose is water and it sounds like you just lost it quickly. Now on to Phase 2! You can find lots of info on Phase 2 in the Frequently Asked Questions part of the forum.
