Hi everyone,
Today makes it day 18 for hubby and I -- day 4 on Phase II. I'm down 4.8 lbs, he's down about 6 and it's been going really well. Last time I tried SB in Jan 2008, I didn't move to Phase II right away and I think that was part of my down fall. I also have been trying new recipes to keep things interesting. I've added fruit back in this week along with oatmeal and I havent' stalled yet - so far so good. For whatever reason -- it seems like this time things are just "clicking" for me. I hope this continues. I want to thank everyone for all the support that is found on this board -- that helps alot too.
