Default Fallen Off... :(

Ugh I'm so down right now! When it rains it pours, right?

I've been MIA with this site for a little while and I'm so bummed...my eating has been terrible and my workouts have been non-existent for over a week now...and I've gained weight and I FEEL blah.

It's been so incredibly stressful with school and work...and to top it off, my mom found out that she had to have emergency surgery recently (like, the end of last week recent), and her surgery was today (all is well, THANK GOD! and there's no cancer!!!) But I've missed 2 classes to be here with her (totally worth it and my instructor understands, thank goodness) but I've missed a test, I have to make it up when I get back AND take another test the day I get back...PLUS I have a 10-15 page paper due Thurs that I haven't started because of the whirlwind I've been in.

I thank God my Mama's alright, and I'll be here through the weekend (I live out of state) but I can't wait to get back in the groove of things. I've been doing the JM Shred thing, but left in such a hurry that I forgot to bring it with me...so I basically have to start over..and I was on day 9 of level 1 when I stopped! Bah....

Anyway, I just needed to get all that out...but any words of encouragement to get back on the right track would be greatly appreciated. The point I'm at now, I just don't have that motivation because I'm just so tired with everything going on...

You already lost 30 pounds girl and you are only 5'5 so I am sure you still look great! Sometimes, when stuff is really hard in life, it is okay to sacrifice good eating and working out for better things...don't be too hard on yourself! you will get back on track when the timing is right...and once you do you will be that much more grateful for being able to do so...

for right now, just take pride in the things that you do good, and try not to dwell on all the "bad" stuff that you are doing right now...it's okay to not worry so much about eating and working out when you are going through a really hard time, just let yourself have a small break, and try no to feel guilty!

Don't give up, we all have slips, we're human! You can do it! Keep up what you've already lost, you deserve it! Posting about your 'guilt' or 'slip' can definitely help. SO good job coming here and letting it out. You're gorgeous, don't let this get you down!!

I slipped up last week to, I gained 2 lbs back in one weekend. But - you can't let yourself get down about it, becasue it's a thing of the past. You had some major stressors, and I"m so glad that your mom is alright!

Tomorrow, just start OP and don't look back! You'll catch up again.

It's just a tiny blip. Nothin' in the grand scheme of things - unless you make it more. So just pick up from where you are. It's not half so far from where you should be as you think.
