Gosh....I can't remember how much I lost the first week since it was so long ago. Everyone is different but I think I lost around the same as Karen....maybe 6 pounds? It was the inches lost that impressed me the most because the weight was pretty much water weight.

I lost 9 the first week, 7 the second week, then 5.5 for the next two weeks, then I sorta equaled out at about 2-4/week.
