I know everyone is different, but how much has some of you lost the first week on this diet? momof8

I lost 5.4 lbs the first week.

Gosh....I can't remember how much I lost the first week since it was so long ago. Everyone is different but I think I lost around the same as Karen....maybe 6 pounds? It was the inches lost that impressed me the most because the weight was pretty much water weight.

Iwanawurkit , Thanks for responding. I got the book today so Ill be giving it a try, I tried everything else......momof8

I lost 9 the first week, 7 the second week, then 5.5 for the next two weeks, then I sorta equaled out at about 2-4/week.
