Default Hi there...

Hi there - I, too, have been lurking for a while and decided to take the plunge. I have been so motivated and encouraged by all of the tremendous support and encouragement that the forum members provide for each other, and I want to be a part.

I joined a weight and wellness program three weeks ago, and began (SERIOUSLY) going to the gym. My husband and I even joined the boot camp classes at the gym! I have been successful in dropping 15 lbs. I really need to keep going.

So, that's me. Thanks for reading.

LadyinFlux!

Wow! Congratulations on losing 15 pounds so far And going to the gym regularly, that's just fantastic!

Although you don't quite have 100lbs to lose, you may want to check out the 100lb club But, post wherever you're comfortable!

Best of success!

He has really been all for it. He, too, has some "excess baggage", and wanted to get healthy. I am really grateful to have his support. Although he seems to lose much more rapidly than I do *grrr*, it is an instant motivation.
