Hi there...
Hi there - I, too, have been lurking for a while and decided to take the plunge. I have been so motivated and encouraged by all of the tremendous support and encouragement that the forum members provide for each other, and I want to be a part.
I joined a weight and wellness program three weeks ago, and began (SERIOUSLY) going to the gym. My husband and I even joined the boot camp classes :carrot: at the gym! I have been successful in dropping 15 lbs. I really need to keep going. So, that's me. Thanks for reading. |

You got your husband to go with you to the gym???/How did you manage that? My husband sees the Gym as a four letter word....:D

Wow! Congratulations on losing 15 pounds so far :D And going to the gym regularly, that's just fantastic! Although you don't quite have 100lbs to lose, you may want to check out the 100lb club :) But, post wherever you're comfortable! Best of success! |

He has really been all for it. He, too, has some "excess baggage", and wanted to get healthy. I am really grateful to have his support. Although he seems to lose much more rapidly than I do *grrr*, it is an instant motivation. :)
