Txnikita!

Congratulations on those well earned 15 pounds You'll take the rest off, too!

There are a lot of support groups around the boards. Some based on age, some on obstacles, some of the type of programs that members follow. Make sure to take your time, look around, and post wherever you're comfortable!

Best of success!

Default Thanks for the welcome!

Thanks for the warm welcome. It feels good to know that people are out there supporting you.

I am on my own type of diet where I am just trying to watch what I eat and exercise more...Blockbuster has shipped my Taebo DVD so now I will be able to kick butt with the best of them.

I was so happy when I got on the scale this morning. I am down to 206 which is a major accomplishment due to the amount of junk food in the house....I will be thrilled when the stores have milk and produce and meat available again.

I am off to get more trash bags and shovels to finish cleaning up the yard. If I spend two hours on yard work does that count as my exercise for the day???
