to say one good, positive and encouraging thing about yourself. It doesn't have to have anything to do with diet or exercise either. Just think about it and make an effort.
I'll go first.
I am one of the most compassionate, empathetic people that I know. I truly care about others.
1) i am a devoted wife.
2) i am awesome at de- escalting pissed off, angry, enraged people.
3) i am driven to do well at everything i do BUT learning it is ok to fail or slack off a bit.
I'm smart and I think I have a good sense of humor.
Since I'm hating my body right now, I'll something good about it: I have pretty blue eyes and dimples.
I can make people laugh (even though sometimes they don't quite get why they are laughing ). I have terrific common sense and a great ability to see the "big picture" in a lot of situations where others around me are having tunnel vision. Hey, I like me!
On a side note, my husband told me last night that there wasn't a child that I had ever met that didn't love me. He said, "There's just something about you. You really have a way with kids." (I am a teacher.)
im loving, kind, a good wife, have pretty hair ( it's down to my bum now). im smart, giving, compassionate, and have the ability to know i havnt walked in your shoes, so i can't judge you..
