to say one good, positive and encouraging thing about yourself. It doesn't have to have anything to do with diet or exercise either. Just think about it and make an effort.

I am one of the most compassionate, empathetic people that I know. I truly care about others. :D

2) i am awesome at de- escalting pissed off, angry, enraged people.

I can make people laugh (even though sometimes they don't quite get why they are laughing :lol:). I have terrific common sense and a great ability to see the "big picture" in a lot of situations where others around me are having tunnel vision. Hey, I like me!

I am a giving person and I love helping others.

On a side note, my husband told me last night that there wasn't a child that I had ever met that didn't love me. He said, "There's just something about you. You really have a way with kids." (I am a teacher.)

I am honest, loyal and bake great cookies that I give away.

I'm resourceful and witty. I also have nice lips.

im loving, kind, a good wife, have pretty hair ( it's down to my bum now). im smart, giving, compassionate, and have the ability to know i havnt walked in your shoes, so i can't judge you..
other than my 'fatness' lol, i kinda like me:)
