Attack of the killer foods!
But, Kiers, it sounded all so non-threatening!?! I found another nemesis besides sugar alcohol for me. Grapes! I was getting supper ready for DH and I and couldn't keep myself from taking a grape or two here and there(Yeah right!). (Old habit, I have not broken!) Sat down to eat, got the foamies first, clammy, pouch cramps, and then potty time. I'm a pig at taste-testing things. I remembered later that about 15 grapes is a diabetic serving, might just be blowing smoke out my wazu, if I remember right, and I think they are high on the glycemic scale. Guess fifty grapes were a little too much! If Chinese starts not agreeing with me, I just cry. That is a treat for me, once about every two weeks. My grandchildrens favorite food also. At least what you barfed was healthy!!! LOL! Sorry, that wasn't nice. Get better~~
