Smile That was the hardest pound ever!

Finally after 23 days at 285 I have lost a pound!!!!!!

I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I wanted to give up and I was so fustrated. Thank you to all you who told me to up my calories. I went from 1400 to 1800 and I lost! It's amazing how that works and I was the biggest skeptic ever!

So thank you! Yay! 21 pounds lost I'm back baby!

Congrats! I know exactly what you're feeling. I've been at 236 for 6 weeks. You give me hope.

That's awesome! You will be glad you upped your calories now, because as you lose weight, the more you lose, you will probably have to decrease your calories at certain points in your weight loss to keep losing. I am on WW. I started out having 24 points. Now I am at 20. I really miss those extra 4 though. Good luck!

Nice job!!!! Those stubborn pounds are always the most rewarding.

Were you measuring at all while you were maintaining? Maybe you were losing inches if not the pounds...

Thanks gals! I know it's just a pound, but it's so much rewarding when you don't give up!

I was losing inches, but to be honest that didn't help me.... it kept me going, but I was so mad at the scale. I know that losing inches is still losing but I'm sure y'all have been there.

Congratz! I know many people give up because I did when I didn't see the scale budge just a bit. Pretty sure I will stay motivated here. =D

Argh..dont I know that feeling, Ive was stuck at 176 for 6 weeks, finally broke through this week and down to 174 and still going..its weird, I have not changed anything it just started to drop again. Ver frustrating but so glad I stuck with it, there have been times I would have given up and gained everything back
