Started current job last the day after last Thanksgiving.

  • And I've gained 20lbs since then.

    And I working at a ****ing health club!

    ...and I also had an IUD put in 6 months ago that is driving me crazy for other reasons but I think is also definitely contributing.

    Any thoughts?

  • I have free access to all clubs and I work out but I don't really sleep much and I DO feel that I am just going through the motions... time to buckle down. I've got a coworker as a work out buddy we're penciled into eachother's day planners, here's hoping!
  • i think that sleep is important for a lot of things, weight loss is probably one of them. is there anything you can do to help get more sleep? Although it is possible that now you have a work out buddy this will be one thing off your mind which might help
