-- I have found I need to know there is nothing "off limits" -- if I think there is something I "can't have" it obsesses me. So, "diet" is a word I can't use

I personally have been doing Weight Watchers, because with the points portion of their program, I can have anything I want (it's all about keeping track and appropriate portions, vegs, etc.)-- which amazingly I don't particularly get out of control too much anymore just knowing nothing is off limits. I personally will always have an eating disorder -- I realize it and I am prepared to deal with it
