It's great that you're not letting those 10lbs turn into 15. THAT is the key. As far as where they've come from. Gosh, it's SO easy for them to pile right back on. Scary, in fact. Without diligently tracking those calories, an extra slice of that, an additional piece of this, one more bite of that and before you know it.........
How's the no smoking thing coming along? If I recall that's what you were working on last time as well.
