Cool Good to be back

It's been a crazy time and I hope I remember how to set up the little ticker. I'll have to go through my fitday to see what my weight was down to when I abandoned all my efforts last summer.

I'll be home tomorrow and back to the gym on Tuesday. I brought my Runner's World magazines with me which have sat neglected for the last eight months.

But I'm excited about this and look forward to running into a few familiar faces.

Okay.

I see the little ticker now. I was down to 135. I am NOT at 135 anymore. I am at about 145.

I am irritated. You would think that if you gained ten pounds, you'd know what the heck you gained them on!!!

Hi there Diva!!!! How've you been? Soooo good to hear from you.

It's great that you're not letting those 10lbs turn into 15. THAT is the key. As far as where they've come from. Gosh, it's SO easy for them to pile right back on. Scary, in fact. Without diligently tracking those calories, an extra slice of that, an additional piece of this, one more bite of that and before you know it.........

How's the no smoking thing coming along? If I recall that's what you were working on last time as well.

Glad you're back and glad you're EXCITED.
