the past few weeks i have slipped back into smoking again.
i quit in january, i did so well and just wasnt doing it at all, it started with the odd one with a friend, then when i was out, then when i was getting tatooed and it just spiralled.
i need to nip this in the bud now as a) i cant afford it b) i am sick of it already and c) i am not doing this again its too hard!
so this is going to be my accountability thread and also this is linking to weight loss support as i REFUSE to let this affect my weight loss.
i have to find other ways to deal with my stress at night, ie exercise.
im going to do it cold turkey, just chew gum after meals. i did it with champix last time but this time im gonna do it without as they gave me stomach cramps.
please help me guys i am so weak
