I'm new here also and lately I've been struggling with emotional things. I'm down to my goal weight, but my pants still don't fit, which means I've got a few more inches of fat to lose and muscle to gain.
We just moved to a new development and I don't have next-door neighbors so I'm feeling pretty lonely and stressed with my 3 young kids, and that's just a recipe for weight gain. I was a personal trainer (and got my degree in this stuff) before I had my wonderful children, and I absolutely love helping people change their life for the better and forget about myself.
