I'm new here also and lately I've been struggling with emotional things. I'm down to my goal weight, but my pants still don't fit, which means I've got a few more inches of fat to lose and muscle to gain.

We just moved to a new development and I don't have next-door neighbors so I'm feeling pretty lonely and stressed with my 3 young kids, and that's just a recipe for weight gain. I was a personal trainer (and got my degree in this stuff) before I had my wonderful children, and I absolutely love helping people change their life for the better and forget about myself.

Let me know what I can do to help any of you -- and I know your friendship will help me! :hug:

Hi there...I am new to this site and to trying to lose weight. I will be starting Medifast on the 1st. I am doing this diet because I need the help. I have never lead a healthy lifestyle and I need a dramatic start to get me on track. I have 4 children my youngest is 9 months.

You are so lucky to be at your goal weight! I cannot even imagine. I have not been there since my pregnancy with my eldest son who is 14. I have set mini goals for myself.

Any helpful info you have would be great, in my eyes you are a PRO;)
